Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped:

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days within the United States
• Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days where available
• Remote areas may require additional transit time

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after you receive the email.

We currently ship within the United States. If your location is not available at checkout, contact us and we will let you know if we can accommodate your order.

Delays and Carrier Issues

Delivery estimates are provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays are outside of our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your package.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If a package arrives damaged or cannot be found, contact us and we will help file a claim and find a resolution.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will attempt to update the order before it ships.
